The project involved a complete renovation of an existing space for a new bakery café in Lisbon. From the original interior, only the floor was preserved — everything else was reimagined from scratch.
Our goal was to create an open, welcoming and intuitive place people would want to return to regularly: for fresh pastries baked on site and good coffee. The space is flexible in use — you can sit down, work for a while, or grab something to go.
Large storefront windows fill the interior with daylight, which is especially important for a bakery, where air, aromas and sensory impressions shape the atmosphere. A palette inspired by milk and pistachio, warm tactile materials and textures, and playful details complete the space.
